If I could give negative points I would. Save yourself the trouble DO NOT COME HERE. They cancel appointments last minute the wait times are ridiculous and one can never get assistance on the phone. The pediatrics they make you wait an hour and a half for an appointment bring you into another room where u wait some more. The women's health they never pick up the phone and they rush u thru appointments very impersonal. I hate this place currently I have been on hold 45 minutes trying to get my three month Olds immunization record. How many records could there possibly be she is brand new!

I had an appointment with DR Kaur today, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care I received. She was not only knowledgeable and professional, but also incredibly kind, compassionate, and genuinely attentive. She took the time to listen to my concerns, answered all of my questions with patience, and made me feel comfortable and respected throughout the entire visit. It’s rare to find a doctor who combines medical expertise with such a human touch. Also miss Lucy caso was a wonderful assistant helping me with the appointment process. Thanks for helping our families and community 💖

This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a doctor’s office. My son is 12 months old, and we waited about an hour and a half just to be called into a room. Once we were finally in, we waited another 20 minutes before the doctor came in. By that point, my son was extremely fussy and uncomfortable. The exam bed was right next to medical equipment, so he kept trying to grab at wires out of curiosity, which made things even more stressful. The office felt completely overbooked. While I understand that practices can get busy, it is not appropriate for a 12-month-old to be in a doctor’s office for nearly two hours waiting. This was his 12-month checkup, and I expected a thorough and attentive visit. However, Dr. Elliston did not ask about his diet or guide me on transitioning from formula to milk, which is a major part of this milestone visit. Instead, the focus was on testing him for COVID-19 and the flu due to a runny nose. Overall, the bedside manner did not feel reassuring or supportive. We visited the hospital as a walk-in after my father suddenly experienced heart discomfort, and we were promptly received and well taken care of. Dr. Kuldeep Kaur was truly exceptional—patient, attentive, compassionate, and highly professional. We were very impressed and deeply grateful for her care. After starting the prescription she provided, my father showed clear improvement. Even beyond the medication, we benefited far more from her visit than we had expected. By the way, my father is visiting from Asia and only has international travel insurance, not U.S. insurance. Despite this, Garfield Healthcare handled everything with great professionalism and efficiency. In addition to Dr. Kaur, the front desk, registration staff, and pharmacy team were all excellent. If the cardiologist appointments for the coming week were not already fully booked, we would absolutely return here for a cardiology follow-up.

I’ve had a great experience here. Staff is always polite, professional &work efficiently. Kaur NP is very easy to talk to & made me feel comfortable. I’ve also done labs and seen the gyn and I’m very satisfied with their services over all. Coming in with a positive attitude also helps 😉.
